All-on-4 Dental Implants in Bangkok
All-on-4 replaces a full arch of missing or failing teeth with a fixed bridge supported by four dental implants. A fixed full arch of teeth on four implants
In All-on-4, four implants are placed in the jaw: two upright at the front and two angled at the back. The angled implants make use of the available bone, so a full arch of teeth can be supported without one implant per tooth. The teeth are screwed onto the implants and are not removed at home.

People missing most or all teeth in the upper or lower jaw, people whose remaining teeth cannot be saved, and denture wearers who want fixed teeth instead of a removable denture.
Who needs a check first

Implant surgery and fixed temporary teeth

In suitable cases, yes. A fixed temporary bridge is attached shortly after the implants are placed, so you do not leave without teeth. Whether this is possible depends on how stable the implants are at surgery, which Dr. Nalat assesses on the day.

Is All-on-4 surgery painful?
Surgery is done under local anaesthesia, so you should not feel pain during the procedure. Swelling and soreness for several days afterwards are common and are managed with prescribed medication.
How do I look after All-on-4 implants?
Clean around the bridge and implants every day with a soft toothbrush, interdental brushes and a water flosser, and attend regular check-ups and professional cleaning. How long the implants and bridge last depends on home care, regular maintenance and general health.
