• EXAMINATION AND PLANNING
  • The dentist would first evaluate the health of gums and teeth before deciding what should be done.
  • A preliminary evaluation is usually required to determine if it’s an ideal placement for an implant. A first evaluation, x ray, and CT scan is done to determine implant site positioning and bone condition.
  • The dentist determines what needs to be done and makes sure the equipment, parts, and preparatory works are prepared in advance. 
• IMPLANT INSTALLING.
  • If there are any existing teeth, the teeth are usually removed before continuing. Alevolplasty is often done following tooth removal to protect or remodel bone. Implants are then installed following the protocol determined by the number of screws (4, 5, 6) based on bone condition and expected long term prosthesis needs. If the patient requires dental temporaries, wait  for 3-5 days preceding the installation of a hybrid acrylic bridge or use patient’s old denture connected to temporary implant abutment for immediate fixation after surgery was done.
• INSTALLATION THE HYBRID ACRYLIC BRIDGE
  • A teeth impression of the patient is taken within 2 days of implant placement or immediately following implant placement. The bridge is made in the dental lab and the frame is tried on and adjusted before it is securely installed on top of the patient’s new implants.
• FINAL RESULT
  • Your new teeth is ready to function and eat soft foods, but you should follow the instructions your dentist gave you for caring for them.
